Q1. What should I do if I cannot access my internet connection with my laptop/desktop or mobile phone?
A: Here are some fixes that you can perform if you can't access the eLibRO website due to connectivity issues:
1. Check your router
Check if your router is stable and working properly. Check the LED light on your router's ISP, PON, or Internet status indicator.
2. Identify which Wi-Fi access Point you're connected to
You may also check the Wi-Fi networks on your device to make sure that you are connected to the proper access point.
on Desktop/Laptop:
See the available networks at the bottom-right portion of your desktop and check whether you are connected or disconnected.
on Mobile Phones / Tablets (Android and iOS)
You may check available Wi-Fi networks by clicking your phone's settings app > Wi-Fi
3. Re-seat the LAN cable (for wired connections on Desktop and Laptop)
You may ensure a firm connection via LAN cable by unplugging and firmly re-plugging the LAN cable on your computer's Ethernet port. Make sure that the cable lock is secured.
4. Check your system time and date
Some websites cannot be accessed properly if the system time and date on your device is incorrect. Set the correct time and date by clicking it the bottom right corner of your taskbar, then select "Adjust date and time".
Q2. What should I do if my access to the eLibRO platform is denied or blocked?
A: The eLibRO platform is accessible via the link www.elibro.depedmarikina.ph. the website's content is accessible to all, aside from several features which is solely intended for teachers. However, if you are still blocked or denied from accessing some pages, kindly ensure that you are using your deped.gov.ph email addresses to access the eLibRO website.
Q3. What should I do if my internet is running too slow?
A: If your Internet connection is slow, you may try the following:
Resetting your router by switching it off, then switching it back on after 10 seconds or more.
If you are using your phone to browse, or a mobile hotspot, move to another location (preferably open areas without obstructions) and observe if the connection speed has improved.
Close multiple downloads or unused websites that may also affect your internet connection bandwidth.

Q1. What browser should I use to access the eLibRO platform?
A: You may access the eLibRO website using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari(for Apple devices). You can also access the mobile version of the platform using the same browsers.
Q2. Why can’t I access the emodules?
A: The eLibRO platform is accessible via the link www.elibro.depedmarikina.ph. the website's content is accessible to all, aside from some features which are intended for teachers. However, if you are still blocked or denied from accessing some pages, kindly ensure that you are using your deped.gov.ph email addresses to access the eLibRO website.
Q3. How can I download the materials in the platform?
A: You can download the materials by clicking the download icon on the top right of the material being viewed. Files are in PDF format (eBooks, eModules, Storybooks, Activity Sheets) and PNG format (for Images)
Q4. Is there a search icon in the platform?
A: Yes, there is a search button present in all pages of the eLibRO website. You can find at the upper right corner of the page a magnifying glass icon. Type in the document name you wish to search.
Q5. Where can I find the tutorial videos?
A: You can find the tutorial videos for eLibRO and eLearning platform by going to the navigation bar and clicking Videos > Tutorial Videos
